1. Yoga Fusion Retreats
There are many styles of hatha yoga now available. It's really important to find the style that suits your personality, body type and life situation. Yoga Fusion offers you four authentic and different styles of yoga within one program. After you've chosen the style that works for you, you are given one to one support to improve your existing practice or create a new practice to continue beyond the retreat.

Suitable for those with some experience of yoga (we suggest that students are familiar with at least one version of sun salutations as a foundation), this retreat gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself more fully in yoga and learn more about integrating yoga into your daily life. Life coaching, creative activities and personal support is included as part of this retreat to help you to create positive intentions to live more fully and peacefully with your true purpose. Techniques and practices from the eight limbs of yoga give a foundation to support this.

During your retreat you will also be nourished by fresh tropical and healthy food, express yourself with art, music, dance and sound and re-discover inner peace and focus with pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation.

You'll have the opportunity to experience a wide range of therapies from Eastern and Western traditions at Kamalaya's Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa during your free time. Already included in the price is Kamalaya's signature treatment, a Vital Essence Oil massage.


2. Essential Detox Retreats
The 7-night Essential Detox Retreat is based on the same successful principles as our individual Basic Detox & Rejuvenation program, with the added dynamic of a supportive group environment. This safe and effective program includes guidance, education, detox cuisine, herbal remedies, supplements and therapies. Special classes, talks and presentations are designed to support you during your detox and to give you the tools and inspiration to make healthier lifestyle choices when you return home.
Held every month, Kamalaya's 7 day retreats are grounded in medical research, facilitated by an experienced holistic health practitioner, and combine holistic medicine and therapies from many different healing traditions. You will receive a Wellness Orientation and a complete program of daily therapies. Detox meal plans, specialised detox treatments, herbal remedies and supplements ensure a safe and effective detox. Special classes and presentations enhance the wider aspects of the detoxification experience and support your personal goals. Alternately, Kamalaya's unique and professional Detox & Rejuvenation programs are individually supervised and may be started at any time.
